Married, being a mum of four and having relocated countries from England to Canada then back again, I know first hand how full life can get. I have found myself in several transitional seasons, stuck, discouraged and swamped by the build up of life’s clutter. Overwhelmed by deep feelings, spun around by thoughts, confronted by fear, held back by limiting beliefs and tripped up over procrastinating behaviours, I understand what it takes to put in the intentional effort to pause and make room for choosing another way. Rather than living on the back foot, avoiding and letting life happen to you, I am a huge fan of giving yourself permission to create space and build a life you love instead.

With a strategy in place to help keep me aligned, my ‘smile from the inside’ purpose is to inspire life with my heartfelt values of family, integrity, intentionality, movement and creativity. Having a manifesto full of anchoring declarations and affirmations, I’m encouraged to go after goals and live out my life’s vision full of intention and authenticity.

You can often catch me chatting over a lovely hot cuppa, pursuing a creative project in the home or dreaming of the next travel adventure. Typography, raw design, salvage shops, the colour red and a yummy curry with the fam, all forever energize me.
