Today has arrived. The launch of my website. The launch of who I am and what I love to do. It is my next season's launch day.
What if I fall?
“I am feeling vulnerable. I am now open to receive criticism. People may not like me. People may judge me. I may not get any clients."
Being in a ‘what if I fall?’ state is discouraging. It can be life draining and disempowering. When you focus on the limitations from falling, your gaze is on tripping you up. Your heart, soul, mind and strength will then go out of their way to protect you, hindering your launch day from ever getting off the ground.
What if I fly?
“I am safe while feeling vulnerable. I may receive criticism, but I will choose to really listen to the positive feedback. Some people may not like me, but there will be others who really do care. Some people may judge me, but there will be others who want to truly encourage me. The clients I will attract will be the ones that will be perfect for my coaching style."
Being in a ‘what if I fly?’ state enthuses. It is energetically life giving and empowering. When you focus on the possibility of flying, your gaze is on soaring high, more than you could have ever imagined. Your heart, soul, mind and strength will go out of their way to release you, excitedly propelling you beyond your launch day.
In those “What if I fall?" moments, may I encourage you to reframe the question and ask instead, “What if I fly?" Open up the space to explore what your heart, soul, mind and strength is truly feeling, behaving, thinking and physically doing.
QUESTION TIME: What keeps you focussing on falling? What is holding you back from flying? What may help you shift your focus from a disempowering one to that which empowers?
