It is December!
May I challenge you to join my Wholeness Advent Challenge. Instead of eating a piece of chocolate everyday for the countdown to Christmas, how about replacing it with ONE (at least) intentional healthy daily goal FOLLOWED by ONE personal encouragement at the end of the day to honour who you are and your wholeness journey?
Here are some healthy daily goals + personal encouragements to spark your ideas...
Drink 100oz water | No evening snacking | 30 minute workout | 3 x healthy clean eating meals | A shake (protein, fruit or vegetable juicing) | 10,000 steps | Get up and move every half hour | 1 serving of raw vegetables | 1 serving of fresh fruit | Try a new recipe | 8 hours of sleep
I am proud of myself for choosing a healthier option. | Well done for today, I faced a challenge and responded powerfully. | Today was a tough day, but it did not define my success. I am a success. | I am STRONG. I can do this. | Today is a new day to start over and choose well. | I am starting over again, again. I am not a failure. I have the tenacity to keep going. | I am interrupting my stress with thankfulness. I am thankful for _____ . | I give myself permission to reach out and ask for help.
